For your convenience, there is no additional postage & packing charge to destinations within the United Kingdom .... the price you see is the price you pay. If delivery is required to elsewhere, please email to obtain a quote before ordering. 

We appreciate that you will be keen to receive your jewellery as soon as possible and will process orders for stock items within 24 hours of receiving your payment ...... if you require the item really urgently, please state at the time of ordering and we will do what we can to speed up the process even further.  If an item is being made especially for you it will obviously take longer than this – we will advise you when you place your order how long to expect.  

All orders received will be acknowledged by email, if you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours, please contact us to check that the order has been received.  

Payment can be made by Paypal (see http://www.paypal.co.uk/ for further information) or by cheque (if you would prefer the latter, please email to mail@morganzajewellery.com with details of the item you wish to purchase rather than using the online shop option). 

Please note that the colour may vary slightly from how it appears in the photograph because of lighting or computer/photographic issues.  In the case of handmade items, beads used may vary from those shown in the picture because to retain their individuality, no two  pieces will be identical. Lengths are specified on necklaces, bracelets and pendants, if you require a different length cord/chain, then please specify when you order and we will try to accommodate your request.

Depending on their value, orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class, 'Recorded Signed For' or 'Special Delivery' – if you are not likely to be home to sign for the package, you may wish to consider giving a work address or that of someone who can sign on your behalf. 

Earrings are usually supplied on silver plated earwires, however for a small additional charge (£1 per pair) they can be changed to sterling silver. Please email for details. NB For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be exchanged if they are faulty.

Depending on the nature of the item, your jewellery will be sent to you in an organza gift bag or box, together with a jewellery care slip which includes our contact number, so if you are giving a gift the recipient can contact us if they experience any problem with the piece, or would like something else to match it.

We want you to love your Morganza jewellery, but we understand that sometimes things look different on your computer screen than they do in real life and it's not always easy to judge how something will look on you.  If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, please advise us by email within 7 days of receipt, return the goods to us in an unworn condition and we will arrange for a refund or replacement (we regret that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer this option in the case of earrings).
